Our People
Once upon a time there were three great friends who loved nothing more than an evening chatting with friends over tasty, home-style Italian cooking. Finally they decided to open an Italian deli and kitchen so they could do it all day.
Theresa Lococo, Nicolas Franzè and Clare Evans are Franzé & Evans – Redchurch Street’s new place to eat. Theresa, a beauty therapist and frustrated chef has finally left the spa to indulge in her passion for brilliant food. She brings years of experimentation and exemplary eating to the kitchen.
Her little cousin Nicolas, the creative brains behind the deli, has turned his back on the art world to scour his Italian birthplace for the best regional produce he could get his hands on.
And Clare Evans has swapped her barrister’s wig and gown for an apron. Clare will take charge of everything the Italians can’t - or won’t - do. Which is quite a lot.
While Theresa spends every waking hour in the kitchen, and Nicolas holds court at the counter, Clare will make sure peace and harmony reigns.

We’re happy to talk food and give you tips from our kitchen on what to cook in yours.

We’ll only ever use the best and freshest available seasonal and local produce we can find. And we’ll source the tastiest ingredients from Italy itself - whether it’s delicious San Daniele ham from Veneto or a soft Pecorino cheese from Sardinia.
And if we don’t stock something you want – just tell us and we’ll do our best to get it for you. And we promise everything we cook for you will be freshly made. Every day.

Catering
Call on us to cater for your office function or party at home..
We will deliver tasty canapés to your door such as mini baked potatoes, mini Yorkshire
pudding topped with creamed horseradish and a slice of bresaola or toasted crostini topped with bufala mozzarella and a whisker of basil. On a more mundane level, we can prepare sandwiches and breakfasts for a meeting or away day!
Our Location
We are open from 8am to 7pm, 7 days a week.
On weekends only we will be serving delicious breakfast/brunches to keep you going whilst you trawl the local markets.
If you need food for an office meeting or function we will happily provide you with whatever you wish, just give us a call. If you’re in the near neighbourhood and can’t leave your work place or home, we will deliver to your door.
